All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, by and subject to, prevailing law of Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and they or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Returns & Refunds

Please note that our candles are made by hand and will vary in appearance and colour.

We have a 14-day return policy. Your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. 

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would like to exchange your candle, please contact me first.

Damaged Stock

Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling if dropped in transit; please email us at sales@ waxywondersgallery.com.au, and we are more than happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement candle.

Processing

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
